The U.S. Junior Fed Cup team has advanced to the semifinal round of the 2010 Junior Fed Cup by BNP Paribas Finals after defeating France, 3-0, Thursday. The team will take on China Saturday for a spot in the final.

Team USA, which is comprised of Krista Hardebeck of Santa Ana, Calif., Kyle McPhillips of Willoughby, Ohio, and Grace Min of Duluth, Ga., and is coached by USTA National Coach Lori McNeil, is the only team competing in this week's Junior Fed Cup or Junior Davis Cup Finals that has not dropped a rubber in the competition.

The team event is taking place Tuesday, Sept. 28, through Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The final features the best 16-and-under junior players from all over the world representing their countries in team competition.
