The Site is a general audience site. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the Site. Through our mobile app, we collect your location information if that function is enabled on your device. The user has the option to turn this functionality off or on within the Western & Southern Open app. We use location within the app to target content to users based on their location (i e. content only applicable to users within the venue will only be shown to users within the venue).
In order to access some of the services, applications or sweepstakes offered by CTL, you may be required to register and/or provide personal information, such as name, email, telephone number and birthdate (“Registration Data”). Although information may be required to participate in certain activities or promotions, participants provide that information voluntarily. The CTL adheres to strict data management protocols. Those protocols vary based on the category of participation with CTL.

From time to time we, and/or our operational partners may receive information about you from other sources and add it to the data previously collected about you.
