SINGLE SESSION TICKET RAIN POLICY FOR THURSDAY, AUGUST 16, 2018 EVENING SESSION 11
Rain Policy
Due to the inclement weather and the lack of a completed main draw match on Center Court during the Evening (7 pm) Session on Thursday, August 16, 2018 (Session 11), the Western & Southern Open will honor its Rain Policy for the session. Single session ticket holders should refer to the back of their ticket for this Rain Policy.
Single session ticket holders who purchased tickets directly from the Western & Southern Open or from Ticketmaster for Session 11 (Thursday Evening, 7 pm on August 16, 2018) may receive a ticket for the same price level in the same session the following year (Session 11, 2019). Complimentary, series, box, sponsor, all-inclusive, suite and third party resale tickets WILL NOT be exchanged.
Paper ticket holders must mail stub to Cincinnati Tennis LLC, 250 E. Fifth St., Suite 1310, Cincinnati, OH 45202 with a postmark not later than September 1, 2018 to receive a ticket exchange. Only the original purchaser (purchased directly from the tournament office or Ticketmaster) of the ticket may apply.
Mobile ticket holders must email proof of purchase to tickets@cincytennis.com by 5 pm on September 1, 2018 to receive a ticket exchange. Only the original purchaser of the ticket (purchased directly from the tournament office or Ticketmaster) may apply.
Why a ticket for next year? While it seems logical to exchange your ticket for a later session this year, most of those tickets are already sold to other patrons. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
