Full series and mini-plan ticket holders will now be able to renew their seats online through their W&S Open Account. The deadline to renew is December 14th, 2019. Account holders can still pay over the phone at 513-651-0303 or mail a check made out to Cincinnati Tennis LLC at 250 East Fifth Street, Suite 1310, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Last year, all Full Series and Weekend Series plans sold out. Renew by December 14th so you don't miss out on your opportunity to lock in your seats before anyone else. See below for some helpful information on how to renew online.
- Log in to your W&S Open Account Manager
- Click on Invoices
- Click on the 2019 Invoice in the top right-hand corner
- Hit Continue
- Put in a payment method
- Under 'Payment Options' choose 'Pay 2019 Invoice' (you can also pay in full at this time if you wish, if so, select 'Pay in Full')
- Hit Continue
- Check the 'I accept the Terms and Conditions' box
- Hit Confirm to submit your payment
- An email receipt will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please keep this for your records

Looking to upgrade your seats or request a location change?
Fill out this form. The upgrade/location change process will begin after the December 14th renewal deadline. To be considered for an upgrade or location change, you will need to have paid the 20% deposit for your current seats. Requests are processed in the order in which we receive them. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will contact you via email.
